@Igor-Silenock I have observed the same behavior with several Omegas2+. That is incomplete, halted boots when powered by 3.3V, then a successful boot when the power was increased to 3.4V. I did wonder if the digital meter on my bench power supply is accurate ... my VOM says it is, but in both cases this is measure of the least significant digit.
I succed to put the exec and read permissions for files and folders with the line option in fstab
"option options 'rw,sync,uid=65534,gid=65534,umask=0000'"
but it's impossible to put write permissions make import the umask.
I use nobody user's and nothing changes.
I also proposed the alternative to connect over the IP 192.168.3.1
The http:// got added because of the www. Locally connecting normally is without http:// (at least on my linux). To resolve the Omega-ABCD.local/ name you need on Windows Bonjur and on Linux Avahi running.
Linux users can check with
avahi-resolve -a 192.168.3.1
I also have had issues with PHP and nginx but on a Raspberry PI flavor board and I found this link to be helpful in getting it up and running with a MySQL database and Zabbix system monitoring a time ago.
You of course will have to adapt it to the Omega environment but it may give you some ideas of how or what you may have missed.
