The ralink wifi driver doesn't seem to support the wifi standalone (client) mode. It only works when using the accesspoint mode. Securitywise i would prefer to remove the accesspoint bridge completely and replace it for a simple standalone client mode instead. Tried it for quite some time but couldn't get it to work. Has someone got this working?
