About Omega2+ v0.1.10 firmware versions

  • Omega Firmware Changelog

    0.1.10

    Fast-GPIO Fix Release

    b160

    February 28, 2017

Updating to version 0.1.10 - Major Omega2 Bugs fixed

According to my simple try and error "test"s:

    omega2p-v0.1.10-b160.bin
It seems it is working well.

It seems these are not working too well (one might say these are not working at all).

  • @György-Farkas , please change your title of the request. This kind of Title is absolutely useless. With @Lazar-Demin he already got a message that you mentioned him in the request.

    Just read this: http://community.onion.io/topic/1801/omega-2-first-setup-firmware-upgrade-fails/3

Now you may could ask "Why 3 firmware images above the working one?"

Somehow they need to have some testing firmware, it is just missing a more detailed and clear communication about it.

It was a "Letter to the Editor Administrator".

    b161, b162, b163 are not working firmwares.
Do you suppose he doesn't know this?

And those are in the Onion repo. Why?

I just mentioned above, that without further info's they/he should not do it this way. if the files would be a zip or tar it could include the info's of changes or updates. Normally if everything would be really open-source, and a correct versioning process would exist, we could cheek in the source-code witch one works just fine with the used repositories where are active. Normally a testing images is downloaded on a separate location.

And they are in the Onion repo. Why?

I hope he gives you soon his own statement.
