When I try to install fswebcam with opkg instal fswebcam I get error:

*Unknown package 'fswebcam'.
Collected errors:

• opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package fswebcam.*

Of course I did an opkg update millions of times yet I still can't find the package. I even looked trough the whole list of packages and fswebcam is just not there. What am I doing wrong?

Connected both boards to 3.3V power source and I can't see the LED turning on at all. I even have checked the power with a multimeter and it all looks fine, it's just my boards don't work.
