I've found my old school 128Mb USB flash drive and finally recover the system with omega2p-v0.1.10-b160.bin firmware.
and/or use a scope and amp meter on the DC power lines to see if there's an issue.

The python is works, but can't figure out how to fix that error.

It works much faster then the Python version. (I don't know why...)

You can do a factory restore to get the Onion version of /etc/opkg.conf back.
