The LTE is basically an Omega2S+ with the LTE stuff added in, so for future reference you can always use the Omega2+ firmware images and then add in the LTE packages separately.
Have you tried a factory reset? If so, what were the results?
Next step I would try is to reflash the device form USB, the instructions are here:
https://docs.onion.io/omega2-docs/Firmware-Flashing-from-USB-storage.html
USB device can be fussy so you may have to try from more than one USB device.

docks are designed to be development tools so not sure why you'd need a case for these.

Thanks for the references. That case looks pretty cool.
I have a ton of development boards ranging from PowerPC, MIPS, RISC-V, ARM, and whatnot. I'm not designing a case for each one, but instead an enclosure that would allow me to "mount" them on a rack-mounted shelf. Given the expense of obtaining some of the boards, or the difficulty getting them (because they are no longer being produced, or there's a shortage due to supply chain issues, etc.), I'd rather have them in an area that's well ventilated. These boards are being used for development, including being part of a CI/CD process, testing, and such... which doesn't require me to have it on my desk or somewhere accessible -- storing them in a rack for those purposes is perfect. This includes the docks...

I had ordered the ANT-LTE-RPC-UFL before I saw your message:
https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/linx-technologies-inc/ANT-LTE-RPC-UFL/11314387
https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Linx-Technologies/ANT-LTE-RPC-UFL?qs=xZ%2FP%2Ba9zWqZk6bOn%2FzoXVw%3D%3D
They work well for WiFi/LTE/GNSS but you need 4 of them for completeness.
Once I saw your message, I also ordered the ones you recommended which just arrived today:
https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/pulselarsen-antennas/W6113B0100/7667502
https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/PulseLarsen-Antennas/W6113B0100?qs=pfd5qewlna7l9rNmj68a0g%3D%3D
They work as well as the ones I used before except you have to cross the LTE and diversity wires over each other when the antenna front/label is facing you or twist the wires around so the connectors line up when the antenna back/label is facing you.

From what I can tell the Omega Dash only differs in that it has the display adapter built-in, so if I can get the display connected to the Omega LTE and use the Dash drivers or OS, the LTE should be able to drive the display.
Although I'm now tempted to grab the Dash and just plug in my display instead of the 3.2" and see if it works.
