<p dir="auto">Just putting this here in case it is of use to anyone else. I saw this link <a href="http://www.ma55ey.co.uk/2015/04/using-raspberry-pi-as-remote-seneye.html" rel="nofollow">here</a> for using the RPI as a wireless usb hub and saw that <a href="https://www.virtualhere.com/usb_server_software" rel="nofollow">VirtualHere</a> has a MIPS version. Tried it out and it works a treat with the omega, a lot cheaper than any commercial solution I have seen such as the Belkin Home Hub.</p>

As for seeing devices from your phone I don't think this is possible as their Android app only acts as a server for Usb devices not a client.</p>
