Actually the "reboot" command is fundamental to a good work of this kind of device. Soon I receive my device I tried to "reboot" and verify that it is not working.
So, I'm thanks that it is fixed. I did update my device to the image http://repo.onion.io/omega2/images/omega2p-v0.1.10-b160.bin and "reboot" is now working.
My next step is to build a new image to Onion Omega2+, and I'm trying from many sources as:
"https://github.com/WereCatf/source.git" branch image,
"https://git.lede-project.org/source.git" branch master.
"https://github.com/OnionIoT/source.git" branch master,
"https://github.com/OnionIoT/source.git" branch mtd-m25p80-reset-code
"https://github.com/OnionIoT/source.git" branch onion-omega2
At any result image the "reboot" command is not working. It works as the previous image version, it shuts down the device.

I will appreciate if some good person informs to me the right source from where I can build a new image and "reboot" command works correctly.
