<![CDATA[Still haven't ever received anything from my KickStarter order]]>Supposedly my order shipped on 2015-10-19 but I have still seen nothing. It was a $99 Kickstarter order for the camera kit, which I understand may still be delayed, but why say something shipped on 10-19?!

Looking at your record, your order was indeed shipped out on October 19th. Could it have been a delivery that was sent when you weren't at home? Also sometimes (very rarely in the US) the package could have been detained by by the custom office. Is there anyway you can check with your post office to see if they have any information?

Unfortunately we did not put a tracking number on it. Have you had a chance to ask the post office for any information?
