Cannot see Omega Access point after first time set up

I am setting up a Omega2+ attached to the Arduino dock. I was able to use the first-time set-up wizard, find Onion Access point, connect to the Omega2+ using web-browser (Chrome on MacOS High Sierra), and start the setup wizard. The Wizard completed the firmware update successfully. During the next reboot, Omega went through blinking LED cycle to solid Orange colour; however, I am not able to see the Omega Access point in my network list and not able to ssh through Terminal either. I am newbie - please help. Jaswant

@Jaswant Maybe a simple Factory Reset can help you.

Please try to use the Serial Console - it's a very useful troubleshooting tool.
