We have looked into the issue and it seems that the part we used for the switch is very poorly made. Although there's very little we can do with the current version of the docks, we have already found a replacement component to use for the next revision of the docks. In the mean time, we are also playing around with different materials to see if the broken power switch can be fixed. So far the best way seems to be turning the switch using a needle. We will keep trying and if we figure a clever way to fix the issue, we will make a tutorial for it.

I litterally had the module in my hands for 20 seconds! It didn't actually stopped in the "on" position but i managed to lock it to the spot. What worried me was that you guys are advertising your QC procedures, and actually this one slept you through, and it is in my opinion a major production issue. Easy to work around, but bad image.

We are taking full responsibility for our mistakes, and we have changed our sourcing partners and introduced more stringent QC procedures in our manufacturing process to ensure that something like this will not happen in the future. In the mean time, we will be working with everyone to first ensure that they can turn the switch to the ON position (so that at least it is useable), and we are also looking at possible ways we help those with broken switches to fix them.
