It's not necessarily final, there's a note below it saying "The pinout for the Omega2 is subject to change without prior notice." - however I guess Onion would not have published it, if they weren't pretty decided about that pinout already.

Personally, I would be happy if that pinout wasn't final in one tiny detail - I think GPIO14 would be much more useful than GPIO11. Having GPIO14 (MT7688 pin MDI_TP_P1) would allow using a second ethernet port, or SPI slave mode - while GPIO11 offers no interesting functions at all (REF_CLKO can also be output on GPIO6, and PERST_N is useless without the other PCIe pins anyway).

I will believe that is the final pinout!

Maybe I also have to assume that Omega2 has the exactly same size and pin pitch as the original Omega!?

The Technical Drawings and final pinout of the Omega2 will be available when the Omega2 starts shipping.
Until then, details of the board are subject to change.

Expect the Omega2 to be a very similar size as the original Omega.

@Lukas-Zeller We'll get back to you about GPIO14

Great, I'm looking forward to it! Two ethernet ports would be really terrific!
