We have upgraded the community system as part of the upgrade a password reset is required for all users before login in.
Origional Omega unable to upgrade via USB and console

So I have an original omega not omega2 and was attempting to do the wonderful firmware upgrade I was sent an email about but have tried both from the console and the command line using the usb port on the expansion dock and neither work.
Via the console it said updating firmware, please wait, and I did forever, nothing happened, it didn't even download, and via the USB after about 5 min it reported a internet issue.
It was connected to my Wi-Fi and this was confirmed as my PC was connected directly to the Onion and browsing the web was possible, also the console status confirmed bytes sent and received.
Either the update service was down or its unreachable for some reason or the update only applies to Omega2?
Can anyone advise?
