I would like to use socket.io (or ws but not the best way for me)
I dont know if it is possible. / Node installed /
So I try to copy it (socket) -> omega
It is to big for the omega so I can realy try something right now…
Somebody do ? It is possible to install it on extra storage space ?
On USB maybe ? Do you have some tricks ?
@Vincent-Bonnefille I can't answer your main question - however in relation to extra storage space for the Omega using USB, see this tutorial: https://wiki.onion.io/Tutorials/Using-USB-Storage-as-Rootfs
I am using this using the pivot-overlay method on a 32 GByte USB drive with no problems at all.
Additionally, it is possible to create a swap partition on a USB drive and use it as swap space to effectively give more memory - see: https://community.onion.io/topic/9/how-to-install-gcc/46
Yep I just find it :) :+1:
I will follow the tutorial and feedback here about installing socket.io on it…
you can use usb and have your source code on it, then just run it from there
