Thanks to everyone for the answers and interesting stories! I solved my problem by applying the DS-DS converter LM2596.
Hello. Tell, please, how I can power my Omega2 from 3.7 volts? I know, exist board Power Dock, but I need compact solution.
@Lex-Slaghuis
The installer has installed everything correctly. It is so specifically conceived that when entering on 192.168.3.1, Onion OS was opened because Onion console is not installed in new Omega2 during installation. To fix this, you may need to edit the file /www/index.html
Hey. An update was recently released in which Onion added support for all Python2 modules for Python3: https://onion.io/2bt-python3-modules/
Try to enter
opkg install python3-onioni2c
Hey. I am very glad that this event happened! I hope that developers will more often tell us such wonderful news!
Is the pinout diagram from Оmega-2 suitable for Omega-2 +?
Can I use pins 6, 7, 8, 9 as GPIO?
Is there an Onion Gpio library for Python 3?
Thanks in advance for answers

I bought another adapter with ASIX AX88179A chip.
Reinstalled the following modules:
kmod-mii
kmod-usb-net
kmod-usb-net-asix

asix is already loaded
root@Omega-31F1:~# modprobe usbnet
usbnet is already loaded
root@Omega-31F1:~# modprobe mii

The problem is still not solved. Omega does not see the interface.
Maybe this is due to the fact that the adapter has a USB 3.0 interface?

Hello. I need connect a USB-Ethernet adapter to my Omega2+. I use adapter on chip RTL8153.
The Raspberry Pi3 detects the new interface, but the Omega2 does not.
I installed the packages kmod-usb-net-rtl8152 and kmod-usb-net.
Tell me, can I somehow make my Omega2 see this adapter? Maybe someone has already done this, which adapter model you used.
The model is made in cubesat 1u format. Functions performed:
@crispyoz I am connecting Omega-2 + via a homemade board (3.3v to vin). Now I connected it to Power dock 2. The metal cover is also very hot (burns finger). I remember that some time ago I could safely touch the lid for a long time. Current consumption approx. 500 mA

I noticed that my Omega2 immediately after switching on heats up to 60 degrees Celsius (metal cover). Don't touch it. Is this the norm? It seems to me that it was less hot before.
