I am running 0.1.1 b308
device-client - 0.5-1
Ok, I was able to get my onion connected to the cloud and can control the relay through the web interface. I then setup an API key and connected to IFTTT and it worked fine at first.
But after an hour of being away and not doing anything with the onion it no longer shows up on the cloud. It still is accessible from the local web interface, but until I reconnect it to the cloud it stays offline. Even rebooting the onion doesn't let it reconnect.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
I'm super excited after playing with my Omega now for a day or two. Even without the wrappers for Python and other support it's been very easy to use and I'm excited about what's going to be developed by the community and what I can figure out :)
You guys have done an amazing job on developing the Omega to be extremely robust and stable to use, IMHO you have focused on the right things in getting the base board and everything running so reliably and stable and then work on enhancements and additions to the UI/packages/other support.
I'm so glad I backed this kickstarter, I think I'm going to be getting quite a few more omega's to play with and use!!!
@Chris-Ward Yes, I am using the specific address for my omega, which is 0ab1 and it still doesn't work. Only thing that does work is using the IP address whether I'm accessing it through it's on AP or if I'm on another wireless network, then that works fine. I've had it fail on Windows, iOS and OS x all using the chrome browser.

I'm super excited, been playing around and figured out how to turn the LED off an on at least :)
Turn it off
led.sh clear onion:amber:system
Turn it back on
led.sh set onion:amber:system
I am easily amused :) And very excited about the potential of the Omega!!!
Oh yeah, and I think someone else mentioned this, but using the Omega-ABCD.local doesn't work, I've had to use the IP address.
I do really like that the AP works at the same time that I'm connected to my wifi network, that's extremely nice and convenient.
So how soon will the other functionality discussed and displayed in the console start working. So far I've tried and been unsuccessful with the following:
I have already updated the firmware, and I was able to install python.
