Administrators: Stop fixing little tiny bugs and fix the big ones!
If you want call the admins you have to put an @ before ... so they get a message that you mentioned them ... otherwise it can take month till they pass here and see it.
Is it the Help Desk? I've tried that way before. The clerk just passes the message on, and it takes a long time for an answer. And usually very vague. Is there a better way to get to someone more direct?
