  • Hello,
Did You try to clean all the configuration files within failsafe mode or using the -n flag with sysupgrade? (beware: this will remove all files and installed packages from the omega).

I've had a similar issue, when I didn't deliver enough power to my Omega2+. After I've attached two 47 µF capacitors in parallel to the 3.3V rail the issue disappeared, but I wasn't using a proper extension board! This probably isn't related to Your issue after all :)

    Hi!
I have 2A buck driver on my proper board and in the worst case scnerio the onion will not consume more than 500mA at max when initializing the warp-core.
I did all your suggestions but the problem remains
    Thank you @TomiCode

  • @Gnichi-Mohamed I had the same symptoms a few weeks ago. It was suggested a reflash from USB. It worked. I never understood what the core problem was, but that was indeed the medicine the unit required. If you have an Expansion Dock, give it a try.

@Gnichi-Mohamed This sometimes happens if the entire kernel isn't first built with all of the packages included in the official build.

Please try the following in the build system:

    • Create a backup copy of your .config file before proceeding
    • Restore the .config file to its original state by running git checkout .config Note that this will REMOVE all of your customizations!
    • Build the firmware, install and test it on your device, it should work
    • Once you've confirmed that, go back and start taking away kernel modules from the build system

    Hello @Lazar-Demin ,
Thank you very much. The issue is persisting and I tried to build the image on two seperate machines.

  • BTW this is the diff between the official config and my config

Can you try updating the build system: https://github.com/OnionIoT/source#updating-the-build-system

  • Hello @Lazar-Demin
    I tried eveything,
I just compiled openwrt18.06 and everything is fine now.
    Bests
