@Darrell-Little That's very strange! The Omega should be pretty tough, let's try to identify what's going on.
Does it behave the same way on all of the Docks that you have? Is there any output when it's connected via serial and you press the reset button?
The Omega2 campaign is now live!!
Check it out on Kickstarter!

@Kyle You can try using our Python GPIO Module.
Also, check out our Wiki for more documentation. We provide a variety of different libraries for controlling various things on the Omega.

Andrei - I don't know if this helps, but your comments were so helpful I wanted to mention this. I've had ruby installed and didn't see a lot of additional dependencies. I just now installed ruby-irb and saw that opkg installed a whole bunch of ruby-related stuff.
opkg install ruby-irb

Hi guys,
I was too busy since I created the topic and did not follow your answers
@Lazar-Demin I am glad there is a fix to this bug and I am sorry I was not able to provide what you asked for. In the comming days I will try to test the new firmware and confirm the problem resolved.
Cheers!
@zembrowski You can probably have a script to trigger a new photo and use file exec to run the script. I think the method you outlined above will work, can't really think of a better way
