@Callum-Jones I'm not sure if anybody has already designed an enclosure, but if you're so inclined, you can use the board measurements to design your own. See this post for info on where to find the board measurement files.

Hi Brad I also printed the Omega case by ElmoC. It is a great case, although there doesn't seem to be consideration for the MicroSD card. A small amount of fettling was required to make it all fit. I removed the small pillar between the microUSB and fullUSB ports and all is great. In order to hold the 2 halves together, I clamped them together and then painted the side clips with acetone. Once dried it all stays together really well, If I want to remove the Omega2 from the case then it is easy enough to break the tabs off and then reprint. I am using mine for OctoPrint, I intend adding a camera from a laptop. I will post a picture of my case later today. Cheers Freddy

@Dan-Diemer Yeah, we recommend additional venting for any Mini Dock cases. The density of the circuits is much higher than on the Expansion Dock and the Mini Dock voltage regulation circuit also produces more heat than that on the Expansion Dock.

Yea, I thought if ppl not like the case, they do at least like the giraffe It is part of my concept to rescue things on my desk. The USB key is so small ...

@Enrico-Bermudez PLA has a very wide glass transition temperature range. Sitting on a car dashboard, parts will sag and conform to said dashboard. It doesn't flow well until up to extruder temperatures, but treat it a bit like a candy bar. Won't melt in your pocket though...

@Christopher-Whitney Im sporting this on my omega, thanks. I was trying to add snapping tabs but 123Design froze on me. ;( It really doesn't need them though. It would be nice to have a more encapsulating case though.

I too been enjoying developing with the new onion omega2+ IoT platform. This $15 board has Linux, WiFi, server, GPIO, and more. Plug in usb for power, connect to WiFi, and remotely configure over webpage. Good online documentation and tutorials. The only thing missing was a chassis, so I designed and 3d printed my own. I’m happy to share. I plan to improve the design to be versatile like a keychain.
