Strictly speaking, yes, you could probably throw small amounts of data at the unassociated access points, perhaps by abusing the joining protocol.
Practically speaking, that will be useless, as they will ignore you or at best respond with errors - the data won't go anywhere useful.
For things that are on the same access point you could use UDP broadcasts, but again, the other devices probably won't be paying attention to this traffic.
I will connect with mount so i can access it with scripts, I can not found how to mount with only samba36-client, If I look by OpenWrt for smaba client mount then I need this "cifs"
