  Yes about sign : drivers which were used as bases of our omega simpleaudio driver seemed S16 as normal but if Andrew is sure it actually sends unsigned then that is the problem : If the maxxxxxx driver actually uses the unsigned (weird unstandart and rare) 16bit format then we need to switch our firmware to builds using an asoc/alsa wm8960 or pcm5102 or whatever else is available as nearly ALL OTHER i2s drivers would provide us the usual/standart (i2s meaning signed) our DAC chips need. "MCK lack" subject is not the problem here because I also use a i2s DAC chip that features an MCK generation builtin because MT7688 chip does not have any MCKout. These 2 matter would make me much regret the former ar9331 soc chip...

  @Arun-Soman What you have there is the command line tool for PWM expansion. For python program you need to use python library instead. check the following document https://docs.onion.io/omega2-docs/pwm-expansion-python-module.html

  The PCF8574 break-out board, is an 8 port GPIO extension. So i cannot read the I2C bus with above program... I need more inputs on the Omega2, so i was hoping to solve it this way. I tried the One-Wire system before, but also no luck (device not recognised)...

  No mater how close I put Omega2+ and my WiFi router together. My WiFi name just appears occasionally upon wifisetup scaning.

  @kevin-Wagner Most probably the USB port of your computer can not provide enough current. Try another USB port, another computer or try to power your Omega with a good 5V 1A (min 500mA) (wall) adapter. Good luck!

  I too been enjoying developing with the new onion omega2+ IoT platform. This $15 board has Linux, WiFi, server, GPIO, and more. Plug in usb for power, connect to WiFi, and remotely configure over webpage. Good online documentation and tutorials. The only thing missing was a chassis, so I designed and 3d printed my own. I’m happy to share. I plan to improve the design to be versatile like a keychain.
