Omega doorbell

Hi.
i want to make a simple dorbell with two omega 2`s.
On the first omega i would put on a simple buzzer and on the second a buton.
The omegas would be connected to he house wifi. Is it possible to make a doorbell like this?? You would press the button ont the first omega and then over wifi the second omega would get some sort of signal and set of the buzzer?

Short answer... YES!

Yes, very possible. Kind of overkill though!
Something like the ESP32 / ESP8266 would be much simpler. (still over Wifi).

perhaps taking the opportunity to add a camera and dual way mic-speakers would make the investment worthwhile. Something that would be unique is to let the visitor choose the doorbell sound on a touchscreen.

Hm thanks i will try to do it when i get my omega 2`s and sensors from china (:.. Yes i know its quite overkil but the omega 2 is waay cheaper and more elegant and compact than an Arduino
