Reflash Omega without Ethernet

How could I reinstall the system just with the bin file? I don't have the Ethernet Extension.

Hi @Guillaume-Lemoine, so far the only way to do it without the ethernet expansion is outlined in the following post: https://community.onion.io/topic/130/debrick-with-serial. This post outlined a way to do it with two Omegas (one working and one not working), but you can similarly hack it to connect your computer to the Omega to flash. It's essentially a tutorial that teaches you how to build your own Ethernet Expansion.

yeah, creating an ethernet connection does also work with one omega and half of the circuit diagram in https://community.onion.io/topic/130/debrick-with-serial

Any capacitor can work? even big one? Or didn't worst the try?

@Guillaume-Lemoine Capacitor shouldn't be too big. Something like 0.1µF will work.
