Omega2+ and Cryptocurrencies

Hello, has anyone tried to put a Peercoin wallet in the Omega and leave it turned on, in order to take advantage of the PoS?

I will never use a platform that does not use hardware-based secured crypto storage to keep the enabling PIN and the private key safely stored.
(Unless you are too rich to not care about the safe deposit box'es key...)
