COM port not showing in device manager

Hello,
while connecting an Omega2+ with power extension using the integrated microusb connected to my PC and after installed the serial driver as specified here i can't see any COM port available. I'm currently working on a custom kernel so i need to debug output from serial at boot time. Also tried with rebooting . No COM showing there

IIRC, the power dock doesn't supply coms over the USB port.

No USB-to-Serial

There is no USB-to-Serial Chip on the Dock. This means that you will not be able to connect to the Omega serially over the Micro-USB port.

You can still connect to your Omega’s terminal with SSH, you can learn how to do that in this guide to connecting to the Omega.
