Omega 2 LTE + Raspberry Pi

Greetings to the distinguished participants of the forum!

I have several questions that I would like to receive answers to. I hope you can help me with this.

I am going to purchase an Omega 2 LTE and the main role this device will play is as follows:

• Slave power management (Raspberry Pi)
• Providing Internet access to a slave device (Raspberry Pi)

The questions will sound like this:

1. I need to manage the power supply via SMS-messages. Is it possible to implement this directly or would a relay be needed? If I need a relay, which one would you recommend?
2. The slave needs internet access via the Omega 2 LTE as a gateway. Is it possible to implement this directly (I am okay with soldering) or do I need an ethernet shield for the Omega? What solution would you recommend?
