Problem Configuring an External 5GHz WiFi Adapter

Hi there onioneers! I´ve got a problem when trying to use the external 5GHz Wifi dongle with the RTL8821AU chipset. In the guide, step 1, it says "cannot install the package" so that´s all that I can do! Any ideas what is wrong? Many thanks in advance.
