Proto Expansion

Hello All,

Is there a datasheet for the proto-expansion board? I know it is super simple but are the pins on the header connected to any of the eye-lets on the board? I'm getting weird behaviours (onion shutting down) when I have nothing attached to any of the pins on the header.
