Faulty Arduino Dock

My Arduino Dock is totally missing one of the two rows of connectors that the Omega should plug into.
It didn't snap off, it wasn't loose in the package - it is just totally not there.
I have created a support ticket, but I encourage everyone out there to check all the connections on all your docks and expansions.
