The photo resolution has its limits, but from my perspective, it looks like two processes are involved. One person to solder the headers (solder a little uneven), and an oven to solder the rest.
That being said, in order to prevent radiation diseases, Naked Omega2+ should practice safe RF and wear a shield when ready to load. Lol!! :helmet_with_cross:
