Terminal does not respond after starting Shairport-sync

Hi,
I'm new to the Onion Omega and I'd like to learn how to use it properly.
For starters I installed Shairport-sync to stream audio to the omega (using this tutorial https://wiki.onion.io/Projects/How-To-Stream-music-Using-Airplay/1.Installing-ShairportSync)

I've installed it and it works. When I manually start the process in the terminal of the Onion Console it says:

root@Omega-BF19:~# shairport-sync restart
Successful Startup

However, after this I cannot input any commands any more because the command line is blanc. How can I make it go back to:

root@Omega-BF19:~#

Add an ampersand ("&") to then end of the command and it'll run in the background.

If you want the command to continue even when you're not logged in, add "nohup" to the beginning.
