Shipping issue: Missing Arduino dock

I received my 2xOmega with minidocks, expansion dock and ethernet expansion but the Arduino dock is missing. I opened a ticket but have no response. Since the admins seem more responsive here I'm putting it up here. Hope I can get a speedy resolution

Hi @Nayan, I apologize for failing to reply to your ticket. I just check your file and I believe that we missed the note that was placed on your file to exchange your Battery dock to an Arduino Dock. I will send a request to the fulfillment center to have them send an Arduino dock to you ASAP.
