Pin config on Expansion Dock

Looking at some of the tutorials and I see pins listed on the RGB Led Tutorial - 15,16,17 - however I do not see those on the expansion dock. Am I missing something or are they being used for something different there?

@Paul-Karlik: These pins are not broken out on the Expansion dock. They are simply connected to the RGB LED.
