Gnuplot or alike

Hi (my first post). Is there any intention to port Gnuplot (if feasible) to the Omegas or perhaps there is a different tool with some related functionality available?
Basically I am looking for a tool to process XY data into 2D standard plots saving them into a bitmap file - to have them included within web pages. Can be useful in any quantitative sensor data visualization.
