Omega2+ with Arduino dock not showing wifi

I have connected my omega 2+ with Arduino dock with pc and everything looks good but omega was showing wifi, i tried to open the link 192.168.3.1 but its not opening and i checked with my pc device manager it was not detecting the device, is there any way to overcome this?
