cant install kmod-usb-storage-extras

Hey guys,

I am trying to install kmod-usb-storage-extras AND kmod-fs-ext4 but I cant for some reason.
attached are pics that explains everything.

I made sure that I have the latest version!

UPDATE: I installed openWrt so that I can Set it Up for Omega.If anyone knows how to set it up or have a tutorial please post it here.
