GPIO interruptions

Hello,

I'm looking for interruptions but I'm kind of confused by the information.
In certain place informs that it was incorporated to the firmware somewhere else says no, and elsewhere says that it does not work.

Does anyone have any correct information?

I tried to use the gpio-irq command
I tried installing using opkg and it does not exist.
