I'm newbiie and i have a doubt: Anyone knows if this poject (code) works without modifications with
ARDUINO DOCK R2 , because with omega2 we already have wi-fi so isn't necessary to buy PHPoC Shield for Arduino

What do you expect the code to do? In its current form, when you flash the Arduino sketch form that project page, it will expect a "PHPoC ethernet shield". If you want the Arduino to use the Omega2's WiFi internet connection, you will have to re-write the sketch and introduce your own protocols, with which the Arduino can send/receive data from the internet.
