Python wrapper for fast-gpio?

I have poked around a little bit, but I could not find an existing python wrapper for the fast-gpio command line utility. Does one exist? Finding omega-related code online is suprisingly difficult, and I am not quite sure why.

P.S. Yes I know I could write my own fairly quickly, but it is always nice not to reinvent the wheel.
