[SOLVED] When should I start to worry? (Delivery overdue)

Hi.

Your website claims that my omega was shipped 2015-10-26. I haven't received anything yet (8 weeks later). When should I start to worry?

PS: Destination: Germany.

Hi @Oliver-Krüger, hmmm, that's not normal. According to this post: https://community.onion.io/topic/206/ks-says-shipped-one-month-ago-but-still-did-not-get-my-onion, your package might be at the German custom. I'm not sure why the German custom would withheld the package because we declared a value that should be under the taxed limit. Would you be able to check with the custom office?

Package arrived today (2015-12-22). Indeed there was a (german) label on the package, that says: "Does not need to go through customs".
