You don't have a good development environment set up on the Omega to build the software properly.

I would not try to build it there and rather use the docker image to do your development. This is explained here OnionIoT/source

Or maybe you don't need to build it. Maybe it is available as an existing package (FAQ: How can I install packages on my Omega?) that you can install from either Onion or OpenWrt/LEDE?
