Onion Omega 2pro issue with 3 LEDs at the same time

when i boot up my onion omega 2 pro ( just 2 pro later in text), the bottom left led is constantly blinking red, every time, and while 2 pro is working this issue is still in place. Also top right diode is never green, it is always red, but most interesting thing is that big RGB LED is newer working, never, from first boot up, till today, it must work, but it is not working, maybe someone can help me, firmvare version is 233
