What does this mean:
[ 283.730000] nf_conntrack: automatic helper assignment is deprecated and it will be removed soon. Use the iptables CT target to attach helpers instead.

LOL. But what does it mean? (Plain English)
-
helpers e.g. for ftp, irc, tftp etc.
From Openwrt perspective the message is a hint to developers that those old automatic protocol helpers will be removed at some point from Linux kernel & netfilter/iptables, and corresponding individual helpers might need to be configured.
it is just an information, ignore it. A developer now what this exactly means and what he should avoid. In near future it will not exist anymore and the message will be removed too.
