Source code will be finding its way onto github shortly.
Source code for the tool that talks to the display, as well as the website itself, is now available on github.

Thanks to the Onion Team for the encouragement!

@Robin-Kirkman Did you glue the ethernet and USB connection to the back of the Omega?

There's no ethernet here; the blue cable is just a power-only micro-USB cable, plugged into a mini dock. The USB-to-Serial adapter is plugged into the mini dock's USB-host port.
The dock is connected to the picture frame with a piece of thick plastic foam, double-stick-taped on each side.

I've updated the hardware for this project slightly, and have mounted the onion omega on the back of the frame, as well as a flash drive used to increase storage space enough that I can compile directly on the picture frame.

It looked nerdy cute with the pending devices... But now, it's a clean-cut project. Lol!!! Very nice work, Robin!
