Intermittent detection of Serial Connection and PenDrive (USB)

I updated my Onion Omega board with last firmware image, and i started having this problems.

The serial port is exposed and not exposed by the OnionOmega.

The same think whit the usb, y Onion Omega read de Device for a while and then not see the USB any more. Also intermittently
