My omega 2 plus does not start, after 15 seconds the led turn off and it stops. The error is:

I would like to reinstall the firmware, however, I do not have any dock (to follow http://community.onion.io/topic/1154/omega-2-usb-firmware-install-after-brick), any one have an idea to solved this problem?
