Hello There,

I recently purchased and received an Omega2 Dash.
When it arrived, the screen is totally white, and will not respond to any input or commands to display images. I've tried to re-seat the ribbon cable a few times to no avail. I've contacted technical support on the website where it was purchased from (CrowdSupply) and got no reply.

Does anyone have any advice, or know who I can talk to to get this sorted out?
