To conserve power during low battery I'd like to turn off the EC25 modem when not needed and then power it back on. I see that the EC25 has an AT command for turning it off but not command for powering it back on.

I know there are the commands to enable/disable data (o2lte data disable) but it appears that the modem might be on judging by the LEDs.

Is this something that needs to be controlled through a GPIO pin?

I assume the LTE functions similar to a power dock so I am curious if there is an IC command I can issue to query if the device is currently charging. I'd like to limit some device functionality when on battery power but then when connected to a charger resume those activities.

Given the Omega LTE lacks USB so you could add a BLE adapter I was thinking it could communicate with an Arduino Nano BLE over aerial while also powering it? Does the expansion header provide enough voltage for this?

I have ordered an Omega LTE and I am curious what enclosures people are using them to keep them safe? Are dimensions similar to the Omega2?

Is it possible to use the exiting GPIO pins to control a ULN2803 line driver (see http://ediy.com.my/index.php/blog/item/34-connecting-arduino-to-uln2803-line-driver). I'm familiar with driving them using digital ports on a Particle but I can seem to get it to work on the Onion.
