I shall greatly appreciate it if you'd provide me with the instructions (including helpful schematic diagram if necessary etc) how to create one using those components (please include the components' specifications). How can I upload an image to it via the serial port?
You can do this for micro-controllers like Arduino using the open-source Arduino Software (IDE) on your PC and a serial cable (or USB cable and USB to serial converter if your PC does not have a serial port).
